About Artverse Lab

Artverse Lab is a creative education studio at the intersection of art, technology, and immersive experience.

Founded by Dr Jessica Priebe, Artverse Lab creates hands-on workshops, virtual exhibitions, and digital learning resources that blend traditional artmaking with emerging tools like generative AI, immersive galleries, and metaverse platforms.

Since 2021, Artverse Lab has worked with schools, universities, galleries, and public institutions to support future-focused creativity. From K–12 programs to professional development for teachers, and from collaborative metaverse showcases to digital curation strategy, Artverse Lab helps communities explore how digital tools can expand the boundaries of creative practice and storytelling.

About Jessica Priebe

Jessica Priebe is an art historian, educator, and digital curator working at the intersection of contemporary art, emerging technologies, and immersive education.

She lectures at the National Art School, where she pioneered Australia’s first AI and Web3-enabled curriculum for students exploring the relationships between art, technology, and decentralised systems.

Jessica also serves as an adviser on emerging technologies at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and is a research affiliate with RMIT University’s Blockchain Innovation Hub. Trained as an eighteenth-century art historian, she has published widely on the history and theory of art, education, and technology—from the Enlightenment to the present day.

In 2021, she founded Artverse Lab to deliver creative education programs that support critical engagement with digital technologies. Jessica regularly consults to schools, education bodies, and cultural institutions on responsible AI integration, immersive exhibition practices, and future-focused curriculum design. She was also a key contributor to the recent redevelopment of the Australian Media Arts curriculum, helping shape how digital creativity and critical engagement with new technologies are taught in classrooms nationwide.
